Beyonce Giving Birth !

A lot of rumors have been circulating about Beyonce being pregnant and then her not being pregnant. But after false alarms and controversy all over Beyonce finally gave birth to a baby girl Saturday January 7, 2012 named Blue Ivy!. Some rumors that have been circulating about the pregnancy were first, there were the rumors about Beyonce wearing a prosthetic baby bump. Then there were mutterings about a surrogate mother. Now that the baby is born, the baby is once again the subject of speculation due to her unusual name, Blue Ivy Carter. Some other rumors that circulated after Blue was born, was that her name was suppose to be made up of a illuminati. When rumors was that they named her Ivy Blue people started to look at it as being the devil's curse, spelled backwards is Eulb Yvi, which translates to "Lucifer's daughter" in Latin , also IVY being a acronym for “Illuminati’s Very Youngest” or “Illuminati’s Victorious Youth," and BLUE could be an acronym for “Born Living Under Evil.” But now that Blue Ivy is here she's been on Billboards for Jay-Z song Glory, which talks about the feelings he feel about her now being in his life. My opinion of the situation is that certain situations such as the illuminati rumors is ridiculous and that Beyonce and Jay-Z are now t the pinnacle of their lives now that they have a child. 

Osama Bin Laden Killing

A lot of people have known Osama Bin Laden to be a very infamous killer. Well, that all came to an end on May 2, 2011,  in Pakistan shortly after 1 a.m by a United States special forces military unit. On September 11, 2001 there was a terrorist attack where 19 Islamic militant groups hijacked a airplane and crashed it into the Twin Towers in New York City. Unfortunately, that was the work of Osama Bin Laden. Studies say that he has been hiding for about 15 years, which is a long time. President Obama says this is what you call the "most significant achievement to date" adding "Justice has been done", Obama said. Bin Laden was located at a compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, which was monitored and when the time was determined to be right, the president said, he authorized a "targeted operation." "A small team of Americans carried out the operation," Obama said. "After a firefight, they killed Osama bin Laden and took custody of his body." President Bush who tried to get the job done but failed called the operation a "momentous achievement" that "marks a victory for America, for people who seek peace around the world." This killing have brought people to feel more safe. My opinion is that its a very good situation that needed to be handled, and its now handled, the guy everyone thought will kill everyone in the United States is dead and that an amazing achievement.

New Year's Eve

New Year's Eve is a celebration that is celebrated on December 31. In modern societies, New Year's Eve is often celebrated at social gatherings, during which participants dance, eat, consume alcoholic beverages, and watch or light fireworks to mark the incoming year. The observance of New Year's Eve generally extends through midnight of January 1 (New Year's Day) . Since 1907, the famous ball-dropping on top of One Times Square in New York City is a major component to the New Year's celebration. The 11, 875-pound crystal ball located high above Times Square is lowered, starting at 11:59 p.m and reaching the bottom of its tower sixty seconds later, at the stroke of midnight. In the Chinese New Year its celebrated in many countries around the world. The holiday normally falls between 20 January and 20 February. The holiday is celebrated with food, families, lucky money (usually in a red envelope), and many other red things for good luck. Lion and dragon dances, drums, fireworks, firecrackers, and other types of entertainment fill the streets on this day. My opinion about New Year's Eve is that its amazing. I believe its a good holiday to celebrate the upcoming year and also a good way to get family and friends together to have fun and enjoy their selves with. 

Plan B - One Step

Plan B One Step is a morning after pill to pervent the risk of becoming pregnant once having unprotected sex. President Obama defended his adminstration to block the sales of Plan B (morning after pill) saying "Its common sense" parenting choice, even as women’s rights. Although the decision, was announced by Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, said that allowing the FDA ruling to stand could potentially have been more politically damaging for Obama if he was portrayed as giving teenage girls  access to the morning-after pill. Obama, appearing in a meeting saying he was not involved in the decision to give prescriptions for girls 16 and younger before it was announced, leaving it up to Sebelius. He added, “As the father of two daughters, I think it is important for us to make sure that we apply some common sense to various rules when it comes to over-the-counter medicine.”And as I understand it, the reason Kathleen made this decision was she could not be confident that a 10-year-old or an 11-year-old, going to drugstore, should be able, alongside bubble gum or batteries, be able to buy a medication that potentially if not used properly could end up having an adverse effect,” Obama said. “And I think most parents would probably feel the same way.” But for now the selling of Plan B over-the-counter is still being talked about upon administrations.
